Welcome to the "Doctoral School days 2026"
Join us for two exciting days at the Life Sciences doctoral school seminar of the University of Strasbourg, created by and for PhD students.
Take this opportunity to showcase your work in the format that suits you best:
- Blitz talk (3 min): Get your message across briefly but effectively in front of an audience!
- Long talk (10 min): Don’t miss this exceptional opportunity to present the results of your PhD research!
- Poster session: Present your work in a clear and visually engaging way.
While the final program is still being finalized, here is a sneak peek of the planned activities:
Day 1
- Inspiring talks: 2 guest speakers will share their personal and professional journeys.
- Scientific presentations by PhD students: long talks (10 min), blitz talks (3 min), and poster presentations. We are eagerly looking forward to receiving your abstracts!
Day 2
- Round tables on career perspectives with professionals and on the place of women in science.
- Forum of PhD student associations.
Over the course of these two days, you will also have the opportunity to meet PhD student associations and professionals from various fields.
Don’t miss this unique event!
One more reason to participate! Thanks to our generous sponsors, the three best presentations in each format will receive a special prize.
Register and submit your abstract as soon as possible!
PS: We welcome all students, at least for a poster presentation. However, the number of slots for long talks and blitz talks is limited. We therefore encourage you to register quickly to secure your participation.
